How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. For remote areas, it might take a bit longer.

Can I track my order?

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you're unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your parcel from the courier depot.

 Do you deliver to all areas in South Africa?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Some rural or remote areas may have extended delivery times. Please check the delivery information page or contact us if you're unsure about service availability in your area.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your order if it hasn’t already been processed or dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer delivery within South Africa. We are looking into international shipping options for the future, so stay tuned!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t been processed or dispatched. Please contact us on onlydankza@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel your order, and we will assist you with the process.
